English Lesson April 17th

Hello everybody! 👋👋 Today is Friday!! 😍😊🌞

As you have worked really hard to learn the names of the planets, we want to finish this week with a super fun activity!😂 

Let’s do a homemade window cling!!

Choose your favourite planet and follow the instructions for a successful window cling! 

You will need: 

✅ 2 tablespoons of white glue

✅ 2 drops of dish soap

✅ Food colouring or colour glue (or anything you have at home that can dye the mix)

✅ 1 plastic page protectors or plastic base (necessary for the window cling to come unglued when it’s dry)

✅ 1 paintbrush or spoon 

✅ 1 Cookie cutter or rounded mould (optional) 

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1. Start by mixing the glue, the dish soap and the colouring together 

2. Then use a paintbrush to paint a design on the plastic page protector. You can also fill in a cookie cutter with the colored mix to make it easier. (It shouldn’t be too thick or it won’t dry very well)

3. Let the design dry on the plastic page protector. It will take a few hours, depending on how thick the coat was. 

4. When they are dry, peel them off of the plastic page protector and stick them on your favourite window!! 

5. When it’s ready, send your picture of the window cling by email.
